Tensioner Rotation Programme
Mocomp Solutions are in the process of setting up a
Tensioner Rotation Service which will
allow the refurbishment
of the Rig's Tensioner equipment over a period of time.
This will enable
management to budget the refurbishment
programme over a longer period of time, and be less intrusive to
Drilling programmes. Mocomp Solutions can work with the
Rig management to ensure a high quality refurbishment
of their
Tensioner equipment due to a longer turnaround when being
refurbished. It is our
view at Mocomp Solutions that many of
the unsatisfactory results when refurbishment has been
carried out
in short turnarounds, is a result of corner cutting
due to time restrictions.
